Terry and Kim Simons watched their dog, Slyder, take the first prize in the 16-inch class agility event, which also features such prestigious awards for Best in Breed and Best in Show. The show, one of the largest in the nation, is attended by some 20,000 visitors, and draws top dogs from around the world to compete for $225,000 in prizes. The AKC/Eukanuba championship is billed as one of the most highly competitive events in dogdom.
